About Us

Ardh Sainik Legal Associates (ASLA) is founded under the aegis of Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (Regd.) The ASLA aims to support the entire soldiers’ community. Since there is an urgent need to facilitate the Soldiers, those get involved in litigation due to unknown reasons during the service time.

The founder Team of the ASLA is keen to support them on a need basis through a single-window at PAN India basis. The ASLA brought its support and services to the table with a team of committed and dedicated professional Advocates and Lawyers at PAN India, who are specialists in their respective fields of practice of Law and dedicated to Soldiers and their families in legal matters.

Litigation and ADR Practise Group

Ardh Sainik Legal Associates has a well-developed Litigation and ADR Practice Group that assists their clients with strategic decision-making in litigation and ADR matters. Ardh Sainik Legal Associates comprises of experienced advocates with in-house advocacy expertise representing clients at varied forums including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, National Green Tribunals, Consumer Forum, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Railways Claim Tribunal, NCLT, NCLAT and various other Tribunals across India.

Our wide experience across various practice groups has enabled us to gain an in-depth understanding of various law areas. The Practice Group focuses on commercial disputes, recovery proceedings, property disputes, infringement of intellectual property rights, constitutional matters, service matters, banking claims, insolvency, white-collar crimes, matrimonial disputes, Public Interest Litigations, election law matters, alternative dispute redressal and other disputes.
